Here's the beginning!

This is my first blog.  I've never done something like this before.. I used to keep a diary, but I was never very good at it.  Hopefully this will inspire me to continue with my weight loss journey.  I've always been a dancer so I've always had that dancer body.  When I went to college, that changed.  I stopped dancing so much and I put on some weight. I lost a bunch of it before my wedding due to stress, some walking/jogging, and fixing up our house.  After the honeymoon, I've noticed some come back.  NOT happy. 

So I finally got a treadmill in my house (thanks to my in-laws for letting us borrow it!) and I plan to use it.  I am walking/running in a 6K on the 4th of July (Yikes.. that's in 3 days!) and I haven't started to train.  Hence why I say WALKING/running. haha.  A friend of mine has asked me to do a marathon with her, so I told her I would try the training and see how I do.  26.2 miles?  I'm nervous.. but I'm going to give it a shot! 

I'll be posting here to track my weight loss and running goals.  Hopefully it keeps me motivated!!!

Off I go to do some walking/jogging now!!! :)
